Photographs have the unique ability to make a memory tangible. They encapsulate the details of a personal history which time can erase from reminiscence. How many of life's moments would be lost, were it not for the nudge of a photograph to remind us?

This magnificent gift of photography motivated me to obtain my degree in the field at the University of Michigan. I began photographing weddings while still an undergraduate, and found it an exhilarating challenge to document the personalities and emotions of my clients on such an important day. I have spent the last ten years capturing memories, from New York to California, Belize to Alaska. It is my life's work, and I can imagine nothing more rewarding.
