Recently I was honored to photograph Maria and Shane's amazing wedding at the famous Portland Rose Garden and Oba! in Portland Oregon.
Maria is from Brazil, and most of her family came to Portland for the wedding. Shane's entire family drove from Ohio! Now that's LOVE!
In honor of Brazilian music, I chose to use a song by Bebel Gilberto, the daughter of two very famous Brazilian musicians. Her father is Joao Gilberto, the man who created the Bossa Nova beat.
The song, titled Momento, is sung in Portuguese and although I don't speak any, I found a loose translation to the song online. Momento is about being in the present moment and experiencing it to the fullest.
